ULAG ZONE ASSAULT: Artificial Fucking Peace guitars reamping!

Welcome back in #TheExtremeWay.
So, here we go with the rhythm guitars reamping for the pure massacre called "Artificial Fucking Peace", by the great captain Alessandro Fede.

After putting out the signal by my glorious Palmer Daccapo reamp box, the sound goes in a TC Electronic Forcefield compressor.
A strange choice for me, instead of the classic MXR Supercomp, but I wanted to experiment the TC on tight rhythms...and the answer is YES!
Great punch, great articulation, very well!
After this, we have the boost section with the "wild" MXR Berzerker Overdrive (signature by Zakk Wylde), to kick the signal in the next step, a great classic, the Boss DS-1 (40th anniversary).
The sound?
Absolutely devastating!!!
We are in the old territory of the band like Morbid Angel, Incantation or Immolation, pure aggression.
Well, after these weapons, we shot the massacre in my evergreen Hughes & Kettner Tour Reverb (with a  DBX 131 in S/R) and finally run in a Marshall 1936.
The mics for this occasion, are an Oktava MK-519 (left in the picture) and one of my favorite weapons in the market, the Audio-Technica AE3000. (hey, the mics are not wireless eheheheh, the picture was taken during the set-up).
The Presonus ADL700 and the Joemeek OneQ complete the artillery!

ULAG ZONE ASSAULT: third team-ARTIFICIAL FUCKING PEACE out August the 25th!!!

Hi, Beasts!

And YES, we have the third team revealed!
With the captain Alessandro Fede (Daemonokrat, Morticula Rex, Religio Mortis) on vocals & guitars, Michael Rossi (Arkana Code) on lead guitar and...ME on bass!
And, of course, Ruglud on the drums!
The song it's called ARTIFICIAL FUCKING PEACE, a pure Death Metal massacre in the old style method!
This release should have come out after 2 months "Bleeding From Within", but, one more time and ever more again, the art is NOT can be inserted in a deadline.
I am, now and forever, a "sound craftsman", not better and not worse, only a walker of The Extreme Way.
After this little clarification, some info!
The mighty Alessandro rec vox and guitars in his personal studio, while the other instruments, all in Ulag Zone!
The next days, I show you some tricks from the production!
And FINALLY, the release date: August the 25th, so, the next week!

INFERNAL ANGELS: Nekroshadow reamping fills

Hi Beasts!
After Apsychos, it's the turn of Nekroshadow fills reamp!
For this work, I have choose a opposite way: full emulation
All the instruments are IGNITE AMPS.

The distortion come from the ANVIL preamp, with a post correction with the PTEQ valve eq and the impulse loader NadIR.
And the impulse?
I used the pack of my bros/colleague Federico "Ferro" Ferretti (Dark Wave Recording Studios, you can find the link on the side of the blog), called "DWRS - THE ENGLISH LION v1.0".
Pure Marshall sound!
So, we go to the next step!
